USA has found the stars for its new sitcom, “Divide & Conquer.”

Greg Grunberg (“Felicity,” “Alias”) and Diane Farr (“Numbers,” “Rescue Me”) will play Evan and Charlotte, the parents of four children navigating their way to adulthood.

The couple have different ideas on how to raise their kids (he’s strict, she’s more laid-back).

The series, in the vein of “Modern Family,” was created by Peter Ocko and is expected to premiere in the First Quarter of 2014.
