Papers filed on the new house Dr. Phil and his wife Robin have bought in LA show it’s a $29.5-million mansion with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The TV shrink hasn’t even sold his old house — a $16-million place in Beverly Hills — before closing on the new house, located on three acres overlooking their former house.

The celebrity couple is said to have had their eye on the massive new house — around 15,000 square feet, not including the separate guest house out back — for a while and jumped on it when it came on the market.

Listings information characterizes the house as a “romantic European villa” with a fountain out front.
