THE lusty, Latin paso doble and the classic foxtrot were a pair ofdance styles too tricky for Joey McIntyre on last night’s edition ofABC’s summer smash, “Dancing with the Stars.”

The former New Kids on the Block boy-bander and his professionaldance partner, Ashly Delgrosso, were spun out the show’s semi-final round – setting the stage next week for- “Seinfeld” alum John O’Hurley and soap star Kelly Monaco to battle it out for thechampionship.

McIntyre and his partner floundered when they argeud with the show’s judges over the choreography of their Broadway-style fox trot.

ABC made room for only six episodes of the unlikely hit – and now wishes it had more shows to put on.

The gawky reality show has drawn more than 15 million viewers a week – the bigest summer-series since”Survivor” in 2000.
