FRIEND JOEY WANTS MORE
THERE could be a “Friends” spinoff in Matt LeBlanc’s future.
LeBlanc, who plays Joey on the hit NBC sitcom, told last night’s “Extra” that he would consider doing a spinoff when “Friends” ends its nine-year run next May.
“There could be six spinoffs. I would consider it,” he said.
“The one thing we are all very reluctant to talk about is the end [of the show],” he said. “You know, it’s going to be sad . . . but all good things come to an end.”
LeBlanc also told “Extra” that he’s still engaged to model Melissa McKnight – but said he’s not getting married this Christmas.
All six stars of “Friends” will earn $1 million an episode this season.
