Barbara Walters called Donald Trump a “poor, pathetic man” on “The View” yesterday – and also made peace with co-host Rosie O’Donnell.

O’Donnell has been embroiled in a weeks-long feud with Trump – who’s drawn Walters into the controversy.

O’Donnell turned to Walters as they sat down to begin the show.

“Well, he’s at it again,” she said about the “open letter” Trump issued Tuesday – accusing Walters of lying about remarks she allegedly made to him about O’Donnell.

“How about that, Barbara? You OK?”

“I’m OK, darling,” Walters said. “You OK?”

“I’m OK, too,” O’Donnell said.

“We both OK? What can you say about that guy?”

Walters then bowed her head.

“That poor, pathetic man,” she said sadly.

Walters and O’Donnell then high-fived each other.

According to Trump, Walters told him about O’Donnell, “Donald, never get into the mud with

pigs,” and said, “don’t worry, she won’t be here for long.”

“He just can’t let it go,” Walters said yesterday. “But we’re moving on.”

“And I’m happy to say his show tanked,” O’Donnell said, alluding to the season premiere of “The Apprentice.”

Trump, of course, issued a statement after yesterday’s show.

“Barbara has taken the low road for the sake of her show rather than the sake of her morality,” he said. “She lied with [past co-host] Star Jones and now she has chosen to lie again.

“[Walters and O’Donnell] didn’t even have the courage to mention me by name. It was sad to see Barbara read her statement off a cue card.

“Rosie just pushed her out like a (“pathetic”) puppet.”
