Gordon Ramsay couldn’t save the upstate Cambridge Hotel, which has closed even before the mad chef’s new hotel-rescue show debuts.

The new series, “Hotel Hell,” is set to start in August, but one of the hotels he was supposed to turn around won’t be around to see it.

Ramsay filmed at the historic hotel outside Saratoga Springs earlier this year.

The hotel is scheduled to be closed and auctioned off today — the victim of shrinking business, according to the local newspaper.
