NANCY Grace now has both of her twins at home.

Lucy Elizabeth, a preemie born Nov. 4 with brother John David, is home from the hospital today for the first time since her arrival.

John, who weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce at birth, returned home Thursday.

Lucy weighed 2 pounds, 15 ounces when she was born. “She broke 4 pounds and is doing very well, so the doctors decided to let her go home,” said Grace’s spokeswoman, Patty Caruso.

Grace, 48, who hosts “Nancy Grace” on Headline News, is married to Atlanta investment banker David Linch.

“They’re just thrilled to have both babies home,” Caruso said.

Grace had the babies around two months early.
