The original writers and producers of ’90s sitcom hit “Home Improvement” are suing ABC’s parent company, Disney.

Matt Williams, Carmen Finestra, Tam O’Shanter and David McFadzean filed suit Thursday in LA Superior Court.

They claim that Disney cost them millions in revenue when, in 1993, it sold the Tim Allen comedy into syndication in New York “for no monetary consideration.”

They also claim that they haven’t been paid their “fair share” of profits from the show, which has reportedly generated $1.5 billion for Disney .
