Sky’s the limit: Kicking off the “Sky View Celebrates” series at the new Sky View Center in Flushing is “Animals Alive!” Presented by the Alley Pond Environmental Center, this 45-minute session will introduce kids to a variety of live mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds. Noon, free. 40-24 College Point Blvd.; svcnyc.com.
