Kim Delaney is off the hook following her arrest over an incident with her husband.
The “NYPD Blue” alum, 63, will not be charged despite allegedly trying to mow down her significant other, James Morgan, over the weekend.
A representative from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to The Post Tuesday that it has decided not to move forward with the charge of assault likely to produce gross bodily injury — a felony — “due to insufficient evidence.”

Delaney — who played Detective Diane Russell on the ABC cop drama — appeared in LA County Superior Court Tuesday morning, where prosecutors informed the Emmy-winning actress that she and Morgan wouldn’t face charges.
TMZ was the first to report the news.
The Post has reached out to Delaney’s rep for comment.
Delaney and her husband’s alleged altercation started Friday, with the actress filing a domestic violence report with police after Morgan left their home.
Law enforcement from the Marina Del Rey station was back to their home the following morning after the actress called them again when Morgan returned home.

The insiders also claimed that he showed them a video of the alleged incident. Both Delaney and Morgan were taken into custody.
The actress starred in “NYPD Blue” from 1995 to 2003 — but that wasn’t her only acting gig.

The couple recently celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary.
Delaney also appeared on several TV series, including “The O.C.,” “Army Wives,” “All My Children” and “Chicago Fire.”
Just two weeks before her arrest, the star shared a loved-up photo with her husband.
“Pure love,” she captioned the shot of Morgan kissing her. She also added the hashtags “lucky” and “grateful.”

This isn’t Delaney’s first brush with the law.

Delaney was sentenced to two years’ probation and 50 hours of community service on top of being ordered to complete the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Program as part of a 12-month diversion program over the incident, according to Radar.
The motorcyclist later sued her.
