Lil Nas X has been hospitalized for partial face paralysis.

The 26-year-old singer shared an Instagram video from the hospital Monday of himself struggling to move the right side of his face while smiling at the camera.

“And when I smile, this is me doing a full smile right now, by the way,” said Nas, who was wearing a hospital gown and a hat.

According to the Mayo Clinic, Bell’s palsy is a condition that causes sudden weakness in the muscles on one side of the face. The symptom usually lasts for a few weeks and complete recovery happens in about six months.

Justin Bieber, 31, previously dealt with face paralysis after he’d been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a rare condition caused by a virus that attacks nerves in the fact.

Bieber, like Nas, couldn’t move the right side of his face when he experienced symptoms of the condition in June 2022. He eventually recovered.
