ABSTRACT:

What do a china rabbit, a bird’s nest and a tree stump have in common? Not much, other than they’re all on display in the front window of Miss Elle’s homesick Bar & Grill. And this quaint streetside display hints at what’s inside the Upper West Side eatery, owned by Elle Parrino, a New York native and onetime Playboy bunny.

Miss Elle’s is open seven days a week, with 84 seats for dining upstairs or downstairs. A glass-ceilinged, mirrored atrium makes it a bright spot for weekend brunch ($11.95), which serves entrees ranging from waffles to lasagna.
