First Lady Michelle Obama was traveling to her hometown of Chicago Friday to tape an episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” The Chicago Tribune reported.

The program, which will also showcase journalists Tom Brokaw and Bob Woodward, will focus on military families, an Obama aide told the paper.

Winfrey was an early supporter of President Barack Obama in his 2008 campaign and has since raised millions of dollars for him.

The episode is expected to air next Thursday, Jan. 27.
