Mila Kunis, is that you?

The actress, 37, looks unrecognizable in her forthcoming film, “Four Good Days,” in which she plays a drug addict desperate to recover and conquer her demons.

Kunis plays Molly, a 31-year-old self-proclaimed “junkie” who begs her estranged mother, played by Glenn Close, to help her fight against addiction to opioids so she doesn’t lose her children — or worse, her own life.

“If I wasn’t a junkie, would you even ask?” says a bleached-blond Kunis in the trailer appearing with shocking bruises, abrasions and sores as she writhes in pain, twitches and shakes as she struggles to maintain her sobriety. When she learns she must stay sober for four more days in order to receive an opiate antagonist shot, she realizes her struggles have only just begun.

The film, which premiered at Sundance, is a far cry from the normal sunny appearance of the “That ’70s Show” alum, who is married with two children to Ashton Kutcher.

The film, directed by Rodrigo García, is based on a true story by Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington Post writer Eli Saslow and follows the mother and daughter’s battle against drugs and each other.

“Four Good Days” hits theaters April 30.
