“We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” the statement continued.

“And then there were 3. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi,” the couple’s message concluded.

The British actress and Jon Bon Jovi’s son tied the knot in a private ceremony in May 2024, followed by a larger celebration in Tuscany, Italy. Their wedding was officiated by Brown’s “Stranger Things” co-star Matthew Modine.

During an appearance on the “SmartLess” podcast in March, Brown spoke about wanting to start a family with her husband.

“Jake knows how important it is to me,” she said. “Of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family for me, personally. It’s a huge thing.”

“Jake was like, ‘We cannot do that until we get married,’ ” the “Enola Holmes” actress continued. “So that was his thing, and my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family. I’m one of four. He’s one of four. So it is definitely in our future.

“But, for me, I don’t see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting,” Brown added.

The Emmy nominee also noted that her mom and dad had their first child when they were 21 and 19, respectively, and she’s always wanted to follow suit.

“It’s been my thing since before I met Jake,” she shared. “Since I was a baby, I told my mom, like, baby dolls. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me.”

Brown and Bongiovi met on Instagram in the summer of 2021. They were briefly friends before their relationship turned romantic.

While on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast in March, Brown talked about how much she loved shaving her head to play Eleven in “Stranger Things” and said she wants to do it again when she’s a mom.

“I always tell Jake for my first baby, I wanna shave my hair off,” Brown said at the time. “I don’t know. I just feel like it was really liberating. Would suggest it for anyone, any girl.”
