The Caped Crusader thrashed the Man of Steel in a “bidder” battle this week.

Michael Keaton’s suit from 1992’s “Batman Returns” was scooped up for $41,250 — but Superman’s outfit went unsold on Thursday.

Christopher Reeve’s blue tunic from the original 1978 film “Superman: The Movie” failed to attract the minimum bid of $40,000 at Nate D. Sanders Auctions on Thursday.

Bidding for the 6-foot-5 Batsuit from the Tim Burton hit started at $33,000.

The suit included the trademark cape and cowl-style mask and rubber body – all original and used in the movie. The black leather gloves, boots, gold plastic belt and bat symbol are replicas.

Burton’s sequel to his 1989 box-office hit “Batman” was made for $80 million, but netted an astonishing $266.8 million at the box office in 1992. It received Academy Award nominations for Best Visual Effect and Best Makeup.
