I used to enjoy reading the conservative take on films at the website Libertas, which mysteriously went dead a couple of years ago as its star writer John Nolte decamped to be the editor of Andrew Breitbart’s site Big Hollywood. Libertas has now relaunched with a fancy new site. Instead of offering political analysis of films, though, it says it will now concentrate on “positively promoting films that celebrate freedom, democracy, and the dignity of the individual.” All good things. Welcome, Libertas.
