Ever since I saw Takashi Miike’s cult horror film “Audition” more than 10 years ago, I’ve dreamed of meeting Japanese actress-model Eihi Shiina, who stars as  the menacing Asami, a psycho in virginal white. My dream came true Thursday night when I got to talk with her at the Japan Society, where another one of her movies, the zombie splatterfest “Helldriver” — directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura, who also was present — was unreeling. The screening —  presented by Subway Cinema, sponsors of the New York Asian Film Festival —  was part of a multi-city tour to raise money for victims of the Japanese quake. I’ll have more about Shiina in a future Cine File column.
