Readers with good memories will recall that in my blogs from the Istanbul International Film Festival last month, I raved about a Serbian black comedy called “The Optimists.” By pure coincidence, that very same film, directed by Goran Paskaljevic, will unreel Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the Museum of the Moving Image, in Astoria, Queens.
