Don’t throw away your shot: The multi-hyphenate mastermind behind “Hamilton” is touting a “worldwide talent search” for the film adaptation of his first Broadway hit, 2008’s “In the Heights.”

In a 40-second video posted on CastItTalent.com, Lin-Manuel Miranda says, “Necesito que represente mi gente (I need someone to represent my people), could it be you? Depende (possibly).

“I hope to see you uptown.”

Miranda, 38, wrote the hip-hop-driven show — with a book by Quiara Alegría Hudes — about the Hispanic-American community living and dreaming in Washington Heights, the neighborhood where he grew up.

To audition, tape a video of yourself performing from the script, which is available for download on the site. Videos can be shot on a cellphone, as long as they’re horizontal.

A “familiarity with Spanish is ideal” in all applicants. Submissions are due Wednesday, Nov. 7, to be considered.

Directed by Jon M. Chu (“Crazy Rich Asians”), the Warner Bros. production of the Tony-winning musical is slated to film in New York City during the summer of 2019.

Anthony Ramos (“A Star Is Born,” “Hamilton”) is already cast in a leading role.

The film was previously associated with the Weinstein Company but the rights reverted back to the writers after the Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment scandal blew up.

“In the Heights” is now set to reach cinemas June 26, 2020.
