Javier Bardem is back again to accept the directing award for Joel and Ethan Coen for “No Country for Old Men,” which is now in a tie with three other pictures that have 2 awards apiece: “Juno,” “Hairspray” and “There Will Be Blood.” Julie Christie, who also didn’t show up, won Best Actress for “Away From Her.” So the best picture winner — there are 10 nominees, just like at the Oscars way back when — will likely break the tie.
