Comeback kid Mickey Rourke, whose chances for the Best Actor Oscar have flagged lately, took the Best Actor prize for “The Wrestler” at the Globes. The Oscar-frontrunner is Sean Penn for “Milk,” who didn’t show up last night. Tom O’Neil of The Envelope suggested the HFPA is still miffed that Penn didn’t show up to pick up his award for “Mystic River” several years ago. Tom also thought Frank Langella (“Frost/Nixon”) was going to win this category last night.
