The new film “Mother!” starring Jennifer Lawrence is getting grounded by moviegoers.

Directed by Darren Aronofsky, the horror flick scored an F rating on CinemaScore, which has been polling audiences since 1978.

The movie is underperforming at the box office, too: It’s expected to take in just $8 million this weekend.

Critics, on the other hand, have largely approved. The film has a 69 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
