Ten months after James Gandolfini’s untimely death, the first trailer for the beloved actor’s final film, “The Drop,’’ has finally surfaced. There’s speculation Gandolfini may snag a posthumous Oscar nomination for playing the owner of a Brooklyn bar with mob connections in this comedy-drama with Tom Hardy and Noomi Rapace.

“The Drop’’ is scheduled to drop on Sept. 19.
