Kevin Costner has cast reformed counterculturist and former “WaterWorld” co-star Dennis Hopper (pictured with Isabella Rossellini in you-know-what) as a Democratic candidate for President of the United States in “Swing Vote,” Costner’s unofficial remake of “The Great Man Votes.” Kelsey Grammer will play the Republican incumbent in the flick, which is being independently produced by Costner’s production company, Variety reports. Presumably Harvey Keitel will play the chief justice who decides the election.
