That’s not exactly a huge spoiler, given the universal belief that Harrison Ford’s Indy is the boy’s (perhaps unwitting) father in the third sequel, which Steven Spielberg is going to begin shooting next month for release on Memorial Day Weekend, 2008. Don’t expect a confirmation from DreamWorks/Paramount anytime soon, but we sure hope it’s true. Allen’s spunky, hard-drinking Marion Ravenswood is an iconic character and the semi-retired but still stunning actress told us last summer that there had been discussions about her reprising the role. Asked if she believed that Marion and Indy had a child, she responded without hestitation: absolutely!
