Cody Diablo, the fetching stripper turned screenwriter of the hot Oscar prospect “Juno,” worked the picket lines outside Paramount’s L.A. studios yesterday. But she tells Jeffrey Wells of Hollywood Elsewhere (who took this picture) that while she’s on strike, she got a waiver from the Writer’s Guild to continue doing publicity for “Juno,” which opens December 5.
