Universal has finally coughed up a one-sheet for its big Christmas Day release, “Charlie Wilson’s War.” It’s very similar to the single still image that’s been circulating for months showing Tom Hanks and a very blonde Julia Roberts. The major addition is the image of the moustachioed Philip Seymour Hoffman. And the words: “A stiff drink. A little mascara. A lot of nerve.
