Debra Granik’s “Winter’s Bone” continues to gain Oscar momentum, following up its Best Picture win at last night’s Gotham Awards by leading with seven nominations announced today in the Gotham’s West Coast counterpart, the Film Independent Spirit Awards.
Among the other Oscar Best Picture contenders, there were five nominations for “The Kids are All Right,” and four apiece for “Black Swan,” “127 Hours,” “Rabbit Hole” and “Greenberg.” Following is a list of nominations; the prizes will be handed out on the afternoon of Feb. 26, the day before the Oscars.
