Roman Polanski’s “Carnage” will open this year’s New York Film Festival on Sept. 30, the Film Society of Lincoln Center announced today. The adaptation of Yasmina Reza’s Tony-winning play “God of Carnage” stars Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet, Christophe Waltz and John C. Reilly as a pair of Brooklyn couples in conflict.
