The New York Asian Film Festival, at the IFC Center in the West Village, has just added a third screening (Thursday at 5 p.m.) of “I’m a Cyborg, But That’s OK” (its two other screenings sold out). “Cyborg” is the newest film by South Korean sensation Park Chan-wook, whose ultraviolent “Oldboy” is believed to have inspired the psycho who killed 32 people at Virginia Tech in April. Latent loonies, however, are unlikely to be set off by “Cyborg,” which is, according to fest director Grady Hendrix, “a straight-up romantic comedy.” In any event, you better get moving if you want to see the added screening. It won’t be long before it, too, sells out. Go to subwaycinema.com for details. For more on Asian movies around town, see my Cine File column in Sunday’s Post.
