There has been a lot of  fuss about the selection of  neophyte actress Rooney Mara as the bisexual hacker in the American remake of “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.” I hope Mara   and her fans realize that

it’s a difficult role and that it won’t be easy for her to measure up to the performance by Swedish hottie Noomi Repace in the original version.
