Hitler: not a very popular guy. Lots tried to kill him, but unfortunately, none succeeded. “Surviving Hitler” is a documentary by J.K. Wasson about a pair of young German lovers who joined the doomed plot to assassinate der Fuhrer. Through luck and cunning, they manage to outwit the Nazis and escape death, ultimately to become the first couple married in post-war Berlin.

The movie is playing this Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Tickets can be had for a modest $1 donation. Go here to get yours.
