On Oct. 16, you’ll be able to buy an extended version of Robert Rodriguez’ “Planet Terror.” And waiting under the tree on Christmas Day: “Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair,” Tarantino’s four hour and seven minute version of what the Weinsteins released to theaters as two separate movies.
