Jeffrey Wells of Hollywood Elsewhere digs up a Brit hype piece about the James Franco-starring Allen Ginsberg biopic “Howl” and notes that the piece is strangely reserved about whether the movie is any good or not. We’ll all find out Thursday evening when “Howl,”directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman, kicks off the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, which Robert Redford told me will feature the best selection of films ever.
