The full schedule for the TCM Classic Film Festival is just out, and it reveals that I will be introducing Ernst Lubitsch’s “Design for Living” (1933), an adaptation of the classic Noel Coward comedy by Ben Hecht starring Gary Cooper, Frederic March and Miriam Hopkins. I will also be covering the festival, of course. It’s my first trip to Hollywood since the Winona Ryder shoplifting trial in 2002.
