TCM Fest: The Pictures

Here’s an official photo that TCM just sent over of me introducing “Design for Living” (1933) at their Classic Film Festival in Hollywood last Friday — a real thrill for me, and the audience was great.
Below, me with Warner Home Video’s indefatiguable classics guru George Feltenstein in the lobby of festival HQ, the Hollywood Roosevelt. The photo off my smartphone is by WHV’s catalogue publicity priestess, the charming Ronnee Sass.
And below that, a photo that a festivalgoer offered to snap with my smartphone in the courtyard outside Grauman’s Chinese Theater while waiting for the closing-night presentation of “Fantasia.” My feet were approximately in James Mason’s footprints at the time.
