The trailer for the Christopher Nolan-directed “The Dark Knight Rises” hit the Web today, the final flick in the “Batman” series starring Christian Bale.

The two-minute trailer introduces the villain Bane (Tom Hardy) and reveals snippets from the rest of the film, including scenes shot at Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field and glimpses of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman.

Nolan introduced the first six minutes of the film, which was shot with IMAX cameras, on the Upper West Side last week.

The film is scheduled to hit theaters July 20, 2012, but to hold you over until then, take a look at the trailer below:
