Tommy Wiseau, who wrote and directed the so-called “worst movie ever” in “The Room,” appears to be returning to cinemas. Or at least DVD players, then midnight showings at cinemas where crowds of college kids will gather to laugh at his acting skills.
A trailer for his new project, the very literally titled “The House That Drips Blood on Alex” has appeared, and it seems destined to win multiple Oscars, including Best Mullet, Best Fake Blood and Best Movie Directed by a Guy Named Tommy.
No word on whether this film, like “The Room,” was self-financed by Wiseau’s personal fortune, which is rumored to have come from importing leather jackets.
