The big story here Sunday morning actually came out of Los Angeles, where the Producers Guild of America gave their best picture award to last year’s Sundance favorite, “Little Miss Sunshine,” bypassing such supposed Oscar frontrunners as “The Departed,” “Dreamgirls”and “Babel.”
