With all due respect to my fellow Post critics, Steven Soderbergh‘s “The Girlfriend Experience” is better than indicated. “Citizen Kane” it’s not, but it is an innovative, clever work, with a surprisingly good performance by porn actress Sasha Grey as a high-class Manhattan call girl. And it takes chances that Hollywood’s cookie-cutter directors would not even dream of.

Keep up the good work, Mr. Soderbergh.
