4. Drivers don`t lean on their horns, not even cabbies.

3. Riders don`t leave their garbage behind on the subway. And, believe it or not, you can actually use the subway restrooms, which are amazingly clean and modern. (If Tokyo can do it, why can`t NYC?)

2. The streets are free of litter, even cigarette butts.

1. The women are cuter and more fashionable.
