Phil Morrison’s “Almost Chrismas” — a comedy starring the Pauls Giamatti and Rudd as French-Canadian con men who team up for a get-rich-quick scheme selling Christmas trees in New York that some believe was rejected by Sundance —  is among 33 world premieres announced today for the Spotlight section of the Tribeca Film Festival.
