Jeremiah Kipp at Matt Zoller Seitz’ excellent movie blog The House Next Door has a highly readable survey of the greatest film performances by my fellow Astoria (Queens) native, Christopher Walken. Which inspired me to go looking for Walken clips at You Tube. There are lots. One I particularly liked was Walken’s inimitable rendition of Tom Jones’ “Delilah” from John Tuturro’s “Romance in Cigarettes,” which has been in distribution limbo for a couple of years despite a cast that includes Susan Sarandon, Kate Winslet and James Gandolfini.
