A music-licensing firm representing Bee Gees star Barry Gibb and a slew of other vintage acts has sued a Staten Island lounge for allegedly blasting their tunes without a license.
Broadcast Music Inc. wants Z-Two Diner & Lounge to pay damages for reportedly refusing to pay for the hits like “Stayin’ Alive” and Miami Sound Machine’s “Conga.”
A Z-Two staffer didn’t comment on the case.
