Always unpredictable Lady Gaga bares all during a surprise dance act for patrons of London’s club G-A-Y.
“Had an amazing night tonight at G-A-Y in London. After all these years you continue to inspire me,” Gaga tweeted about the famous gay club.

She dropped by G-A-Y on Saturday night, in advance of her performance on “The X Factor” on Sunday night.
