Singer Maggie Rogers has a message for male audience members: Keep your sexist catcalling to yourself.

The 25-year-old musician is taking a stand against sexist comments made in the middle of her performance Saturday night in Austin, Texas.

During an intimate acoustic version of her tune “Alaska” at Austin City Limits Live, a man in the crowd shouted, “Take your top off!” Another audience member followed the comment with, “You cute though.”

Rogers issued a statement on social media condemning the harassment. She said after the “vulnerable” performance that the interruptions left her “stunned. furious. fuming. confused.”

“On a really basic level — it really hurt my feelings,” she wrote. “I want to use this moment to be very very clear,” she added. “There is no space for harassment or disrespect or degradation of any kind at my show.”
