The blink-182/+44 frontman is debuting his new TV show, “A Different Spin with Mark Hoppus,” tomorrow (Sept. 16) on FUSE, the music network that still shows/cares about music/videos.

With help from co-host and comedian Amy Schumer (you may remember her from “Last Comic Standing”), Hoppus will interview other musicians and celebrities – in studio and on the road – and provide a performance platform for mainstream and new bands. He’ll also touch on that week’s music news and offer up panel discussions on what’s happening in the industry.

While this might seem like the format for every other music interview show in history, what will make it slightly different is that Hoppus and co. intend to put a “humorous twist” on proceedings. (So says Fuse, at any rate.) Considering Hoppus was 1/3 of the group responsible for releasing guffaw-worthy music videos like “All the Small Things” and “First Date,” it’s a good bet that Fuse isn’t lying about the funny factor.
