Miley Cyrus is so rich she’s giving away her new album, “Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz,” for free on Soundcloud.

The 23-song album, made in conjunction with Flaming Lips, was self-released outside her label RCA.

A Billboard reviewer politely wrote, “No Hot 100 expectations should be placed upon any of these songs,” adding, “some of this album is unlistenable.”

It’s a view shared by senior music industry insiders.

While Lady Gaga lost her career footing after the release of album “Artpop,” few reviewers think this clunker will slow down the thong-loving Cyrus.

Still, following up the million-unit selling album “Bangerz” with this tripe isn’t a great way to keep your fans’ tongues hanging out.
