With her highly anticipated “1989” world tour starting in a few weeks, Taylor Swift crammed in a few minutes of guitar practice on Sunday night by playing with idol Madonna at the iHeartRadio Awards.

During the surprise collaboration, the material girl performed her new single “Ghosttown” and revealed Swift as her special band member for the night. Watch the performance below.

With both stars clad in thigh-high stockings, they brought the house down with a spirited version of the “Rebel Heart” ballad, before Madge planted a thankful kiss on the country-crossover star’s cheek. Although the title of “Queen of Pop” is often ascribed to both of them, this was one occasion where they seemed happy to share the crown.

After the performance, Swift was not shy in tweeting her delight at living out her fan-girl fantasies.
